We hope you’re doing well and that your tennis or padel season is well underway.
As you may have seen in our updated planning, we have been shipping non-stop in the past few weeks and are happy to see that you’ve started receiving your well deserved tube(s).
We will continue shipping at the current pace for another 2 weeks and will then increase the pace at the beginning of June which is when we’ll be reaching our peak production rhythm. This therefore means that more orders will be leaving our warehouse around that time and that we’ll finally be able to have some tubes in stock at the end of June.
Since many people have asked, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email that will allow you to track your order. For most pre-orders in Belgium, France and the Netherlands, Mondial Relay has been picked as carrier. You’ll also receive an email from them once your order has arrived at the pick-up point. We have naturally tried to select the closest pick-up point to your address (apologies if it isn’t the case). Therefore, please pay attention to their mails as a pick-up point keeps packages for about 10 days before sending those back to the warehouse.
