We're very sorry that your Bounce Product didn’t meet your expectations.
We’ll of course accept the return of your product, as long as you meet the requirements (check our General terms and conditions of sale).
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return & refund policy for all products purchased from the Bounce website directly.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.
All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories - and must arrive in perfect condition. If for whatever reason, you require a new packaging, let us know and we'll send you one which will be charged 10€.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase once our warehouse confirms receipt (and condition) of the returned product.
If you'd like to initiate the return of your product, please read the recommendations, and complete the form below.
First, put the Bounce tube inside its original packaging. Once it is inside its box, make sure to put that box inside the shipping box. It’s very important that the ‘product’ box (the inner one) arrives without any visible damage.
Secondly, we need you to fill out the form below with all the following information:
- Order date:
- Order number:
- Email address:
- Why would you like to return your Bounce product?
- Have-you used your Bounce product yet? Never / Once / A couple of times
- Do you still have the original box? Yes / No
- Do you still have the shipping box? Yes / No
- Is the Bounce product in perfect condition and ready to be sold again? Yes / No
After you’ve filled out the form, we’ll email you our return address so that you can have the package shipped back to us (at your own cost if after 14 days).
Finally, after you send the Bounce product to us and once we receive it at our facilities (and inspect that everything is in perfect condition), we'll refund you the total amount minus the return shipping cost and, if relevant, the loss of value fee, within 14 days and to the original payment method used during purchase.
